Placing your order

Payment
Payments are collected and processed via our chosen payment provider, PayPal and so we do not store your card details on our site. For further details on PayPal's security policy, please visit their site at www.paypal.co.uk

Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 3-5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to process your delivery within this time, we will contact you by email to let you know.
Deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail at a standard rate of £2.50 (unless otherwise stated) to anywhere in the UK. For deliveries outside the UK (including Southern Ireland) , international delivery charges will apply. We are pleased to offer free delivery on all UK orders over £75 (exceptions may apply, please see larger items).
Please ensure that you provide us with accurate details of the delivery address, including the full postcode. Where an incorrect delivery address is provided, we will not be responsible for providing replacement items free of charge.
Please note that we are unable to undertake responsibility for late delivery as a result of factors outside of our reasonable control, such as but not limited to postal strikes, acts of God, flood, fire, civil commotion and any similar events.
Larger items
We do stock a number of larger and vintage items, which we are unable to send out by post. These items are shown on our website as being available for local delivery (within the Stratford-upon-Avon area), or for collection. If you wish to purchase one of these items, please contact us so that we may discuss delivery arrangements with you.

Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchases. We do take care to package our items carefully in order to avoid damage in transit. In the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged, we are happy to replace it free of charge, or to issue a refund where a replacement is no longer available. However, we would ask you to let us know in by telephone or in writing to the address stated in the confirmation email of any damage within 48 hours of delivery and to return the damaged item to us (together with the original receipt) within 14 days for proof of damage. Failure to return the item to us may result in us refusing to issue a replacement or a refund.

Cancellation
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please notify us in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 7 days of delivery and return the order to us (together with the original receipt and packaging) within 14 days. Returns are sent at your own risk and expense. We therefore recommend that you keep proof of posting when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for any returns sent which we do not receive. Once we receive notification of cancellation from you, any sum debited from your account will be re-credited within 30 days of your order, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was when delivered to you, together with the original packaging. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, where the whole order is cancelled within 7 days after delivery, we will refund standard postage costs paid as part of that order to customers within the European Union. However, where any cancellation is made after the 7 days allowed under the Distance selling Regulations, or an order is cancelled in part only, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the order to us (although you still have 3 months to return the items to us and receive a refund for the cost of the goods provided that the items remain in the same condition as they were at the time of delivery).

Privacy
We hold any information that we receive from customers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability
We do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and we reserve the right to change our prices, specifications and information at any time and without notice. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your Contract Cancellation Rights.

We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:

 Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or
 Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
 Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.
